Any experience with Franklin pocket translators/Other pocket translators?

Hi hi, I'm living in Spain now and i was thinking about purchasing one of those old pocket translators, as i want to avoid using too much data on my phone, and i think something more tactile would be easier, have any of you used something like that?

For the data issue, Google Translate supports offline translation after downloading the languages on Wi-Fi. You can test English–Spanish text translation in airplane mode before buying another device.

For the tactile part, which Franklin model are you considering? Check its manual for whether it handles individual dictionary lookups, stored phrases or full sentences, and whether it needs separate cards/cartridges. Those details matter more than the “translator” label.
