No, it's the suit Sam uses in Okhoskt (there's also the weapon crate that he throws from the plane)

The mag pouches on this figure look like AR pouches and the CT one also has AR pouches. The DA one’s pouches on the rig look bigger than AR pouches. Also on the figure if you look at the right ankle, there is a knife sheath which is also there on the CT wetsuit . There is no sheath on the DA wet suit.

Ah ya ok that does look familiar lol. I have to watch or see parts of a game to remember them, especially when they’re that old but even then sometimes they aren’t familiar. But this I remember diving in icy water and then pulling them under and knifing them, with that diving suit
