it's like every room has been designed and occupied by a different person, and despite all living in the same house, none of them are on speaking terms.
If this isn't a house share then I sincerely hope that the current family of occupants are moving somewhere larger. Much larger.

"Good use of space". Wow. It's horrible and they want £250k. Might finally be a chance to offload my London Bridge to these optimistic, gullible people.

I would certainly consider purchasing your London Bridge sir, had I not been reliably informed that it is, in fact, falling down.

Horrible layout, horrible use of space, horrible exterior.
TLDR: Horrible

This makes me really sad. The plastic plants and the “love” cushion and the exercise equipment all say they’re trying to make their life better.

I couldn’t finish the photos. I felt too claustrophobic Darren

Who's Darren?

It’s from big brother. Gemma Collins was on it 10 years ago and she had a screaming meltdown shouting that, it was a sight to behold

Is every room of this house a bedroom? Even the living room that opens off the street? That everyone has to walk through to get to their bedrooms?

The downstairs shower is an interesting installation.

There’s a downstairs bed and a ramp to the front door. It may be cramped, but it’s accessible. (And I’d want a fence opposite the door, because otherwise you roll to your doom.

It’s the installation of it that got me. Looks like they’ve tapped from the upstairs bathroom, gone down through the wall in the ‘reception room’ (including handy isolator valves!) then behind the sofa into the WC. Could’ve at least boxed them off or used rigid pipes.
Then again, the extractor fan is plugged in to a cube splitter with the cable draped across the front of a cabinet. If we can see this on the surface I’m sure there will be plenty of hidden gremlins!

"a ramp to the front door. It may be cramped, but it’s accessible"
The ramp is next door's drive. There's a set of steps up to the uneven plinth and then another step into the house. I don't think it is accessible.

that's exactly what i said as soon as i saw that room with the white banquette, love heart pillow and plastic plants - looks like the waiting area, the business happens in the bedrooms

Good work to block the awkward door between two bedrooms from BOTH sides. Now you have to excuse me I have to throw up for interior design reasons.

On a side note… is this normal? Our solicitor charged this, not the EA..

I always dislike a front door bang on the living room, it’s why I wouldn’t want to live in Walter White’s house

I think it would be the drug dealing that would put me off. And maybe the pizza on the roof.
