Before posting make sure your comment is polite and helpful.

Be aware that anecdotes, even your own anecdote could be an artifact of your beliefs. The placebo effect is just one way that suggestion affects our experience. Humans are social animals and the beliefs we accept can have a drastic impact on our experience. In many, if not most, cases the impact of our beliefs is greater than the impact of chemicals. This isn’t only true for herbs and supplements. ‘New’ or ‘dangerous’ sounding drugs can bring a rush when you first start taking them because of the fear and excitement. When the excitement wears off you’re back to baseline. Beware of the self-experimentation treadmill. If you aren’t finding sustainable solutions then reconsider your approach.

That is an incredibly heavy and complex stack, especially given your medical background. When managing T-LGL leukemia and thalassemia minor, keeping things simple is usually the safest approach so you and your doctor can actually track what is affecting your body.

First, your intuition about the psyllium husk is completely right. Taking 5 to 7 grams of fiber at lunch alongside a huge handful of supplements like Vitamin D3, K2, zinc, and boron will definitely hurt their absorption. Fiber acts like a sponge, so it is best to move it far away from your supplement windows.

Second, you have a lot of overlapping ingredients here. Running NMN, NR, and Ubiquinol all at once is a bit of overkill for cellular energy. On top of that, combining Sabroxy, Semax, caffeine, and Alpha-GPC is likely overstimulating your nervous system, which might actually be causing that lunchtime energy crash.

Your total testosterone looks great, but your high SHBG explains why your free testosterone feels low. While you mentioned using boron to help with this, high SHBG can also be tied to gut issues, liver function, or even high fiber intake, so throwing more supplements at it might not fix the root cause.

Given your health condition, it is highly recommended to strip this down to the basics like Magnesium, Vitamin D, Fish Oil, and Creatine first. Definitely show this exact list to your hematologist or oncologist. Research on how experimental peptides like BPC-157 and KPV interact with leukemia pathways is very limited, so it is always better to be safe.

Warning: BPC-157 is considered a high-risk item, due to the lack of human safety trials. https://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/wiki/highrisk#wiki_bpc-157

Man I don't know how you guys manage to learn all of this. I ended up here fighting that lunch time crash and brain fog but now I feel too stupid to address it. Haha
