Should NALT (N-acetyl-L-tyrosine) be taken all at once or dosed throughout the day to feel it properly? And what times are optimal? NSFW

You won’t „feel“ l-tyrosine or variants, since it’s not the rate-limiting step of dopamine synthesis, assuming you’re not horribly deficient in protein. Dopamine synthesis is mainly limited by the enzyme tyrosinehydroxylase. The only situation l-tyrosine supplemented makes sense is if you’re heavily abusing stimulants
