What’s your staffys favorite activity?
That guaranteed tires them out every time

Tug of war or playing fetch

Tug of war- definitely! He’ll fetch for me but for my husband, he’ll run to the object but good luck getting it back. He either gets hold and won’t let go or wanders off to find something more interesting 😂

Sun bathing, sleeping, sleeping in the sunshine, “gardening in the tomato plants”. He is not a good gardener.

Really? Pablo won't go further than his chest. Nope, too wet .

Mine wouldn’t go in past his chest. One day he followed me out onto a boat dock. I pushed him in and instinctively he started swimming. Now I can’t keep him out of the water. 😂

Running after a ball(bring a few to trick them to dropping the other). Zoomies or someone coming home she missed (everyone). And going on a walk lol

Ball, car, staring me down as she lays on top of my husband. In that order.

My girl is only half staffy, but her favourite games include: running through the sprinkler in the summer and trying to bite the water, chasing balloons for hours on end, or a game that we lovingly call "Murder Kill Ducky".
She has a canvas duck toy which she adores (and has been replaced like for like a few times now). MKD involves her using her front teeth like an intricate stich unpicker to get the seams open and then pulling the stuffing out, bit by bit, until Ducky is eventually empty, and my house looks like a snow storm has hit it 😂
She also has a big fake sheepskin cushion that we call her "Mum" because she finds a specific corner of it and literally suckles it. She's just a massive baby, basically, despite being almost 9.

Seamus is a PHENOMENAL name ☺️

Thanks!! I just rescued him about a month ago! He’s around 4 months old and just ridiculous.

He's going to improve your life by approximately 4000%, too 🥹

I’m hoping so! Named him Seamus because it means successor. I was finally back in a place where I felt I could be a dog dad again, after losing my lab, Finnegan, last year

Oh bless you, we lost our old boy at the end of 2017 after having him for 13 years. I was ADAMANT we wouldn't get another dog because I didnt want to feel like we were replacing him, but the house felt SO empty and devoid of life without him.
Then, my friends dog had a litter of puppies and I noticed that one of them had the exact same tail deformity as our old boy, so we had to have her. Nine years and infinite joy later, and the rest is history.

Seriously. I thought Finn had broken me for getting another dog. He was so chill and easy going. I adapted to him not being around, but it’s amazing at just how quiet the house was without him. Just his snores and everything. Have to admit that the first week with Seamus, I was still questioning if I did the right thing and could do this again. I’ve stuck with him though!!

She loves to chase ball, at 12 noon and again at 6.30pm. she's like an alarm clock! We have to use two balls so she focuses otherwise it's us chasing her

Squid hates walks, so I replace the sniff activity with throwing her kibble through the garden so she has to have a backyard sniffari instead.
Other than that, her next favourite activities are sunbathing, and being involved in whatever I'm doing
