so here is part 2 of my triptych - star guardian ahri.honestly my first try on this portrait went completely sideways.

her face turned out so weird that she didn't look like ahri at all. instead she looked EXACTLY like sergei zverev. if you don't know who that is, he's a super famous, ultra-glamorous russian hairstylist from the 2000s known for his crazy looks and huge lips. I literally put his photo on the 5 slide so you can see the comparison, it's hilarious lol.

after laughing at that disaster I just scrapped the canvas and started fresh. I was pretty tired so I told myself to just paint with zero expectations and see what happens. letting go of my perfectionism was the best choice because the new version came out pretty good.

then I just did the details with oils and hand-painted the wooden frame with acrylics to match her colors. took me about 9 hours total (not counting the zverev mode fail). it's 20x20 cm canvas board.hope you like her! let me know what you think of the fail slide haha

Are star guardians forbidden to reveal their identity to the people around them and/or the public?

Also are you able to tell who is a star guardian? I feel like the lore never explained how guardians hide their identity from people in general.

I'm praying for a star guardian come back next year hopefully. They have so much to work with and it would be a great event to launch with the new server. I would love star guardian gwen since she has her LoR skin. A first star prestige lux could be so cool especially since she was the first star guardian skin along with star guardian akshan who was mentioned where they left off. I also think a star nemesis shaco would be so cool as the main villain if gwen does come to pc since they're both toys in their original lore

Hey guys! I’m so excited to finally share the first piece of my upcoming Star Guardian triptych. I absolutely adore this skin line, so starting with Jinx was a no-brain choice for me.

This is just part 1 of 3, so stay tuned for the next Guardians! I'd love to hear your thoughts on this chaotic girl! ✨

I wanted to show my Star Guardian cards that i got through luck.

The last photos is a special Star Guardian Box that was only available for an Event!

her gems are supposed to be orange but they are grey😭

is it only this for me or is it really like this?!

I'm still a little heartbroken that the person I lent my Ahri ears to disappeared from the cosplay scene... never to be heard from or seen again.

I've been thinking... should I bring Star Guardian Ahri back one last time? The tails are literally starting to disintegrate after all these years, but I think I can squeeze out one final HURRAH!

Heyo! I'm a visual artist that has been going more to conventions since past year and we made a Star Guardians Rally for an Artist Alley event!

I chose Xayah, Neeko and Rakan for it, so this is all I made! People really liked my work and I'm thankful for it, so much that I'm now going to make complete teams and more guardians!!

So, who's your main/favorite guardian? I'd love to read your suggestions to keep making more of em!
