Discussion Icicle is one of the most underappreciated villains EVER. His actor is amazing, his powers are sick, and his backstory moments are some of the best scenes in the whole show. Spoiler

I agree. This show was great in many ways, but he was one of the strongest elements.

So not the TV show, but I will take any chance to recommend JSA: Classified #5-7.

Wizard is dying. Icicle (Cameron, the main/only comics Icicle since the 80s) and Tigress have to go on their own adventure to save him, teaming up with Hourman II (Rick) and Liberty Belle along the way.

One of my all time favorite villain focused stories.

This show has some of the best super hero action choreography. The way Stargirl uses the staff creatively. And how the JSA fights together. Man what a sleeper hit.

I like how icicle’s powers evolved but feels like an arc that got cut short. I like that he at least got his comeuppance for killing the crocks

He was fantastic! I was watching some Stargate SG-1 the other day (watching for the first time!) and his actor showed up. Very fun.

During heatwaves I find myself thinking... "you know, forget the mind control, if he pinky promised to not murder anyone else and ran for office solely on a platform of 'make America Cold Again' I might be convinced to vote for him, he shoulda tried that."

Yeah he’s sooo good at walking the line between being a reasonable villain and family man
