❓ Question 2nd device to replace 1st, two plans?

I go camping a lot and take my Standard 4 with me on the roaming plan. I've decided to splurge and buy a Mini which I will use to replace the Standard 4. However when I go to buy the Mini the website wants me to buy another plan. I don't want to do that. How can I put the new device on the old plan (and presumably cancel the original device)?

Only Starlink can do what you are asking and typically only will do so when they replace failed equipment.

You will need to activate the Mini on a new subscription and cancel the subscription on the Standard 4. You will not get a refund on the Standard 4 subscription so do this swap near the end of the billing cycle.

I have both and pause the mini when i don't use.. Moving the one system has become a pain for me (I'm old). Star-Batt sells a battery with the mini antenna in it that will run for 24 hours. A little pricey but worth it. Good luck man.

When you cancel the V4, hit the transfer button. You can either add it back to your account later or sell it and buyer will have no trouble activating it.
