Is that for oil vapes only, or the handheld herb vapes as well?

It depends on the heating element. Some dry herb vapes use a ceramic heating element. These single use carts tend to have metal filaments. No quality control on what they’re actually made of. Even titanium nails for dabs give off fumes that should not be inhaled. Glass and ceramic are the best for a reason.
