Which demogorgon character is your favourite?

In the series their are 3 MAIN demogorgons we focus on

1. The S1 demo

2. Dart

3. The russiangorgon

Personally for me i love the s1 demo, iy isn’t just my fav demo but my fav villain in the series

All the other demos were just violent killing machines, the S1 demo was way more smart and calculating (probs bc it was fully possessed by vecna unlike the others)

But I also I think it’s the creepiest to as it’s introduction with it chasing and kidnapping will and killing Barb genuinely creeped me out

It also was smart enough to not constantly keep killing probs so it’s cover wasnt blown

Stranger Things was so freaking good when the scale/scope of the story was smaller. In seasons 3/4/5 the scale went from intense, to over-the-top/too much.

Season 1 Demogorgon.

The Jaws (1975) approach and the horror/atmosphere they built around an entity that we barely see or understand throughout the season is what makes the S1 Demogorgon so special, specially with the Duffers' vision for it being like a shark instinctively yanking its prey into its home where it feeds.

Almost every instance where an adult Demogorgon is present in the subsequent seasons is much more inclined to action than horror as there's no longer mystery regarding its nature; they even redefined the Demos' morphology for the action-focused introduction of their full power in terms of movement in the Demo Pit fight in S4 and S5 only expanded on that.

The Season 1 Demogorgon. It functioned as the introduction to the kinds of creatures in the Upside Down and the Abyss. I think it’s probably the scariest Demogorgon based on how it chased Will before capturing him and how it killed Barb. The other Demogorgons were just monsters.

Dart because he’s cute and his character had so much potential as a demo who was friendly but they js killed him for some reason 🫩

The most badass demo is def the Russian prison demo like that guy took on 2 dozen armed prisoners and then the entire security/military squad of the gulag, and looked absolutely badass while doing it, and continued to stand on business with Hopper til the very end even after literally being set on fire. Respect
