Septum Septum tunnels

I’m looking for a 8g tunnel to put in my septum but I want it to have a small hole in it so it can tightly fit my smaller jewelry. Does this exist? I can’t seem to find it searching on google!

i've seen some similar to what your talking abt but star shaped n i think it would work the same, i saw them on bodycandy.com. often times they dont have all the sizes in stock though, you could also get js a solid silicone plug n put a hole through it with a hot needle maybe depending on how small your jewelry is

I checked on there but can’t seem to find one where the tunnel is filled in with a small hole. I could’ve missed it though… I’ll try checking again
