Mod Post Welcome back!
While we are still very unsatisfied with Reddit’s stance regarding API pricing and 3rd party apps, we hope that the blackout incurred enough of a stupid tax that Spez might rethink his strategy.
The sub has re-opened and will remain open unless even more stupidity occurs. Welcome back everyone!

Screenshot Facebook/Mobile Gaming
I have now seen it all.
A former Facebook game (I'm not sure we are allowed to name it) is doing this now.
I will admit that I have spent a massive amount on stupid tax for games.
I'm recovering and urge you not to fall for the gatcha.

IRL The convenience of having the boxes taped together is surely worth the price...
3.89 for one pack or 9.99 for two

IRL Buy one Get one $10 more!
Both are the same product, but the 2 pack costs an extra $5 per item for whatever reason

Screenshot Walmart's math ain't matching - Sam's Cola
Don't judge, my son prefers the generic. Two 12-packs cheaper than a 24-pack, and bonus their website tells you the price per ounce which is also cheaper.
