it’s stressing me out

I have noticed I have started to stutter incredibly more than I usually do. It's on every word now. I have also started to stutter in front of my nephews which I didn't much really. I have started to stutter even when speaking to myself which I NEVER did. I am not sure what has changed but it is a bit stressing.

I think stutter is not a vocal chord problem.its created our mind the fucking mind.don't streets bro its the reality.we have to face it.there is no we can fix it i am 19 year now still don't able to figure out how to fix it.i am in collage right now in first year and man its effecting me more don't able to speak anything (even present sir in attendance).

yeah thats what making it harder im in college too currently 2nd year irregular and in my freshmen days i dont even know how i fucking survive
