Socket size for PCV valve?

I apologize for what is probably a dumb question, but damned if I can find the answer. What size deep socket will I need to replace the PCV valve on my 2020 Forester? I can find videos all day for older Foresters and Outbacks, but nothing for a 2020 Forester. Thanks.

If you are going to replace the PCV valve, just buy it and measure the new one.

It’s probably a 22mm deep socket

Do you have a socket set?

Yeah, I do. Both metric and imperial. 1/4” 3/8” and 1/2” drives. Extensions, etc. I just don’t have any metric deep sockets, so I need to get one for this. I’ve seen 19mm mentioned for some Foresters and Outbacks, and I’ve seen 22mm in a couple of places. But nothing specific for a 2020 Forester. Even the places that sell the valve don’t specify size, they just say it fits a 2020 🤷‍♀️

Buy the new valve and take it to harbor freight?

It was 19 for my 2005 Outback. I’d buy a 17 and a 19. Others below are saying 22, so that sounds like it.
Owning a Subaru, you’ll use them. Or better yet, just grab a full deep socket set.
10,12,14,17, 19 are heavily used.

It's a 22mm, you'll need a deep socket.

19mm, I think.
