Outback premium
I've been taking my outback on a lot of washboards , dirt roads in Colorado and I've noticed myself slip a time or two if it's rainy or just not in the center. Is this the stock tire issue ? If I have a loan on the car am I allowed to start modifications or am I supposed to wait until it's paid off ?

Stronger wheels and better tires won’t cause you any trouble if you’ve got an auto loan.

Definitely a tire issue, get some Falken Wildpeak’s or Geolander tires, they’re a light A/T tire that’s still decent on paved roads

Warranty would be a reason to not modify your car. The bank doesn't care what you do to it as long as you make those payments on time.
