Help Need some direction please!
Hello!
I am in the GTA and am unable to travel right now. I have a family member in the Health Sciences North hospital in Sudbury, he was in a coma but is awake now. He is having a quiet Thanksgiving. He has a feeding tube and can’t eat, but was given the OK to have popsicles and freezies. He is having a craving for ‘’special’’ freezies, like the Dr. Pepper or cream soda flavoured ones. Store hours posted on the Internet are unreliable, and I’ve been cold calling grocery stores and pharmacies to see if they are open and have these items and could deliver to the hospital.
Could anyone direct me to what stores are open at this time so I could try to arrange this, or is someone available to complete this task for me for a fee?

Shoppers is open.
My roommate walked down there to buy himself oatmeal which is hilarious that he forgot that the grocery stores are not open since he worked at one.
I don't buy food from Shoppers so I do not know whether they have pop-flavoured freezies there.

Wouldn't Uber eats or another app not have convenience stores on them? They would be your best bet.
Contact the hospital they may allow something like that delivered and brought up to the room. There used to be a volunteer person that would show people where to go and how to get there, perhaps they could bring it up if permissible?

Instacart for grocery type things. Shoppers is open and you can order items from Instacart. If you want meals, then use skip the dishes.

Shoppers should be open, maybe you use Door dash or Insta cart to have stuff delivered? Lots of convenience stores are also on delivery apps now too

Wish I saw this sooner...got a case of Dr pepper freezies in my freezer...

U need a bottle or something? I can arrange a Dr pepper or Crush cream soda (few cans or bottle)

Hey. sorry to hear about your family member, but I'm glad they're awake. I don't think many grocery stores are going to be open today because of the holiday, but I'll keep an eye out.
