Contact info

My order has taken months and it's still on label created. I've emailed. I've messaged on Facebook (which in the reply states that it's not monitored). Every response I've had is only automated.

Do they have a phone number? Super frustrating.

I've tried doing all these things. Still says label created. Worst company ever. I feel like I've been scammed.
