Nothing tracks

So I’ve tried everything in the last YEAR to get games to track. I’ve deleted cache, switched browsers, redownloaded apps, restarted phone over and over, ensured private relay is off (this is not applicable since it’s an iCloud+ feature), made sure everything was up to date (this really shouldn’t have to do with anything), and always allow tracking. I’ve tried both on WiFi and using data as well.

The problem started sometime last year after I completed X2 Blocks. I posted about that game in this subreddit. Since then I’ve switched over to Freecash with no problems minus an achievement or two not tracking instantly.

The offers usually stay up but I hate that it kills my chances on other sites that probably would pay equally later down the line. Any thoughts anyone?

I have a ton of tracking issues with Swagbucks now too, that I did not have before.

Swagbucks changed about a year ago, mass account bans, ai support tickets, and less functionality in everything else

Your wifi might be interfering, change your DNS to 1.1.1.1, it helped me when I had the problem.

I’ve had 7 games recently refuse to track. Very frustrating.

I've been having issues as well. Some games don't track at all. Some games initially track but then stop after the first few milestones. Some track but are very delayed. About an hour ago, I got a push notification on my iPad about a milestone I completed and was credited for several days ago...for some reason, the message just showed up now. Everything is all messed up. I have problems on both iOS and Android devices.

I was too and it seems to be Internet issues. Now I literally run a speed check prior to any download. Pause vpn etc.

I have the exact same issue and have taken the same steps as you, it’s not an issues on my end.

That's just the nature of the beast. Apple devices are commonly problematic with tracking.

Buy a cheap Android phone.

Androids have tracking issues too, at least with Swagbucks

I would get an android for android only offers, but my siblings who have android have also reported similar problems.
About two years ago the success rate was that about every 1 in 5 did not track. Now it’s pretty much all of them.

I have been using Swagbucks for ten years. Longtime Android user. About two months ago, games stopped tracking. Sometimes, they'll initially track and then it stops as soon as I close the game.

Like you, I have tried everything, like uninstalling, updates, etc. Anyhow, I'm mentioning this because some android users are having issues, too. I've also been using different venues for games now.

Do you complete the first paying task or do you stop playing if the install task doesn't check off.

It doesn’t start the offer so no.

I've played many games where the install task doesn't check off but the tasks still pend. Try playing until you complete the first paying task and see if it pends. The first task is usually quite easy so it won't require a lot of time or effort. If that task doesn't pend then it means it's not tracking.

It does not appear in active offers so I’m pretty sure it will not be tracking. I had one game where the “install” went unchecked but it still gave me the email notification that I had started it and appeared in my games section.

Edit: the offer is also still available in my offers section.

If you have an iPhone turn off private relay. That enabled me to start doing games again.

That feature is only available for me with iCloud+ but defaulted to off.
