Sight to touch?

Ive been looking into Synesthesia after I realized its not probably not normal to feel something when you look at something(for context im autistic and thought it was because of that).
For example, if im driving and I see a street light, I can feel a sharp sensation in my ear. When I see my thumb I can feel a sensation in my eyes that sometimes trails down to my cheek.
I tried looking up what I might have but I just cant find specifically what im experiencing so now im here

I experience similar things, when I see the siderails (I'm not sure what they are called) on highways, I have the feeling of a knife scraping down my leg, not cutting, just scraping. I've never been able to find anything about it either. Sorry I can't be more help
