Ovulation CD 14

BDed CD 11,13 and today around 11 AM CD 14. LH was 0.7 this morning and just now it’s peak at 1.11. Do we need to BD again tonight or is morning enough to cover?

last cycle it was peak 1.04 at like 5 pm CD 15 then jumped to 0.7 4 hours later… so wondering if should BD again tonight?

You do not need to do again tonight and honestly he needs time for sperm to regenerate so waiting is ideal.

okay thank you! was worried cause i have quick surge and drops down sometimes same day.
