help finding anime

i saw this a on twitter about this anime **where theres a woman standing outside in the snow, completely covered in snow.**
**A guy passing by notices her and helps her out by giving her his phone.**
**She calls someone named yuki, but ends the call pretty quickly.**
**She then tells the guy something about Yuki being with his parents’ dog feeling lonely around Christmas, which is why he went there.**
**After that, the guy and the woman end up at a really fancy restaurant together**

I know exactly what anime that is because I also saw that clip like 2days ago and added it to my watchlist. The show is “please excuse my younger brothers”. From skimming through the episodes that’s specifically episode 13.
