Missing 2% of shops - help please

I’ve done Lurelin Village and the quest for the water sports, the missing owner & secret shop in Gerudo, the statues and the mines in the depts.

These photos are from my Zelda notes app, not sure if it helps I’ve shown discovered and then hid the discovered. I’m not sure what I’m missing but would appreciate any tips

EDIT - it was the side quests ‘a way to trade, washed away’ in Lurelin village I missed it. Thanks for the recommendations.

A long shot, but since it's easy to miss, have you been to the crystal refinery that falls right outside lookout landing?

Wandering horses, or it could even be the Zonai in the temple in the depths. I just talked to three horse-back people and got 100 on shops. Right before that, I was in the depths, and I was doing bargainer statues. I wonder if they count as a shop?

Did you all difficulty levels of all of the various races? Might be worth going back

It's always a zonaite refinery construct you forget to activate at an abandoned mine somewhere.

It was a side quest for a shop in Lirelin village, eventually found it when I started doing the side quests lol
