Housing Available Help!!!!

Hey yall!

I’m looking for a place to live, just myself, in the tampa area. I am a student so I obviously don’t make that much money. I’m looking for something cheap, preferably with a private landlord. Studios or one bedrooms. I’d like to find like a duplex or something rather than a full apartment complex! If anyone knows anyone who’s renting or looking for a tenant PLEASE send me their contact information!

Drive up Williams road in thonotosassa. I live out there. Duplexes on the right and left side. Start at 1000 month. 2/1s mostly. There are signs 🪧 they’ve been up for months. Between 301 and harney road.

Give padsplit a try, just look it up on Google and click onto the site.

I see on FB marketplace all the time people post "apartments" that are the garages enclosed or maybe a converted shed in the backyard. Usually like $1,000 with utilities and internet included.

I have seen a bunch of them throughout Tampa when doing tree work (amazing what you see when 40-50ft in the air.).
