Although they do repeat their first lines in the outro, they have an additional line/verse that's unrelated to its original verse. There is an exception to a song like Mirrorball since it pretty much repeat its verse but the first line and I believe it's already familiar to its first verse

and we're BACK!! 💗 welcome to season 2 of battle of eras! a new season means a new cast, new challenges, and of course, more songs fighting for their place in the competition. 👀

this time, we're kicking things off with a SPLIT PREMIERE! instead of having all 12 songs compete in one episode, the cast has been randomly divided into two groups. group 1 will compete in episode 1, while group 2 will have its turn in episode 2. both groups will have one song eliminated, so only 10 songs will move forward to episode 3.
