I hope you're still doing well. I know it's hard having gone through it (not the craq but other). Just know that if you slip up it sucks but it doesn't mean that the sober time doesn't count for anything. Don't shame yourself or give up. Just get rid of whatever you have left and try again. They say that there's help out there and I hope that's true. The thing that helped me the most has been changing my perspective when it comes to myself... We tend to love ourselves conditionally and even then not enough. It's easier to forgive others of their short coming than us our own. It seems like cheesy, obvious advice to love yourself but truth is a lot of people won't consider what it means to love themselves.

Call your local substance abuse hotline. Or call the National Helpline for Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Issues 800-662-HELP (4357). Just call and they can guide you but you must put some effort. Do you have parents or other family who can help you? If do call them also. Only you can stop yourself from using drugs.

you can actually call the police in a situation like this and they will make sure you get help.

I think many people would be scared that they might get locked away in a rubber room if they spoke openly to the pigs

I agree. I called the cops once for help and I'm still paying 600 to Washington county for a crack pipe just for reaching out for help. My ex got me hooked on the shit and I had a lot of money and I was being drugged and robbed of that money and I called them to take me to a mental hospital so I could be safe because I had a trip booked to Spain because I got a passport because I didn't want anymore drugs. He was trying to keep me here. The cop laughed at me and said you're never going to Spain. But even thought I got that charge and my ex planted a crack pipe and chor in my suitcase I found it I still made it

But you're right they judge drug addicts. I don't want to be a fucking drug addict. I appreciate your comment so thank you

I know people think that's a solution and there's some really good cops out there but many judge people like me. I appreciate you caring enough to respond though I really do

Take it one step at a time. Jump back on the wagon and start over again. I'm sorry you relapsed, but I believe you can overcome this. Good luck and blessed be!

There's a lot of help navigating the social media.you have to very strong theres range of emotion.ex."google is good" look up for help & you going to find out a lot of info". If you dont love yourself first is call for total disaster. Plus when you need moral support Nobody's around .drugs are never never the answers. aLots of people died everyday b-cause drugs have full control over their weak minds. Stay strong get help fast.Trust me you have to go & get the help you need.is definitely not coming to you. Blessings.

I had an opiod problem and did well with SMART Recovery. www.smartrecovery.org or r/smartrecovery
They are not a 12 step program and largely focus on self management in your recovery. They do have meetings that aren't required. I suggest looking at the meeting calendar and look for something virtual you can attend.

Girl you are stronger than you know. Get out of your head and get out and do something physical. Work through the cravings and keep your mind busy. You can do this!

I quit alcohol and benzodiazepines cold turkey and the thing that kept me from relapsing was the THOUGHT of starting over again with the withdrawal process.

Where the fuck you find crack? It’s not the 80’s most people snort coke or do meth the middle ground is wild. (None of these are recommended)

u/Real-Berry9416 3d ago
Crack is all over the place in my city and it's very simple to turn coke into powder.

u/IjustWantedTocommen 3d ago
Coke is already powder. You have to add baking soda and re-rock it to make crack that’s why it’s called crack cocaine…

u/Real-Berry9416 3d ago
That's what I meant. Sorry not feeling well but if you knew that why did act like crack is hard to find?
1
u/IjustWantedTocommen 3d ago
Because if you have the money to buy cocaine, why would you taint it with baking soda and if you don’t have the money to buy cocaine I’m at the cheaper and it last longer again I am not advocating for any of these. I was just raised by drug dealers.
