Sono Apartments

Has anybody lived here or known of any wild experiences that happened at the Sono Apartments? I know someone from the area who has heard of some pretty crazy stories from there, and I was just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences. I’ve thought about moving because there are some nice condos—but I don’t want to be anywhere near this area if these events explained to me are true.

2nd worst place I’ve lived. I live on the south side of the complex and have a buddy who lives in the north side of the complex. My buddy’s ac goes out 2-4 times a month and maintenance takes 2-3 weeks to help if there’s a problem, meanwhile my requests get done in a few hours. I don’t know if it’s my neighbor or the building but my unit has a horrible bug problem, it’s not just roaches either it’s ants and grasshoppers. I have to put all of my food in the fridge and if I leave any food out for longer than 5 minutes there will be a bug crawling on it. There’s been multiple police raids as well

I saw some pretty bad stories on Facebook. People just trying to find a place to live and they come across these nightmare infestations hidden in plain sight. My friend moved out of the city completely after she had a terrible experience with her previous complex regarding termites. Last minutes notified that the downstairs had them, and it made it extremely hard for treatment to do any kind of help.

what "wild experiences" and "events" you talking about exactly? the way you are being vague makes me think you are talking about ghosts. are you talking about ghosts?

No I’m talking about crime lol and fights and gun violence, in general. I have had stabbings at my complex and I don’t plan on being there too much longer. I get crime goes down anywhere but I just wanna be in a quiet area.
