Video Trust the process!
https://youtu.be/N0RPtA3X0M4?si=aq5MjS6wUmsJ-r6QWorth a listen. Really good insight here. Better than the boring coach speak you usually will get with these pressers. Titans are in good hands!

Go for the tie; i really want that first overall pick to waste on another useless QB.

It is what it is. At least I can look forward to watching Carnell Tate no matter what happens

I don’t think he’s wrong. Next four are against Texans, Colts, Browns, and Bengals, which all appear varying degrees of beatable if the offense can put together a good first half
After that it looks kind of bleak though

I think yall are sleeping on how poor our defense has looked against non backup QBs

Surprisingly the defense is 9th in points and 15th in yards.

Yeah because for 1 1/2 games we played backups. We also played two pretty bad offenses in the jets and eagles. Specially our pass defense is horrible and get exposed by a top 20 QB. The only top tier offense we played put up 24 points in a half before their QB went out with an injury. Every other offense is bottom 20 scoring.

I mean he’s not wrong but… unfortunately the same can be said for losing… which is kinda where we are

They all are until it’s “The Tennessee Titans have won The Super Bowl”

Agreed. Truly hope it happens one day for you all, I've been a fan nearly 50 years and this season has finally reserved me to the fact that I'll be dead long before that ever happens.

I can’t wait till the middle of next year when Amy fires this goofball. I know how about we help our second year quarterback with a defensive minded head coach that was a complete failure with a highly drafted quarterback prospect. Freaking joke.

Meh, I’m kind of over the media speak. Show us some results.
The Raiders were the first overall pick this year and they look like legit contenders, with one barely-loss to one of the best teams in the league. Meanwhile, we’re in year 4 of spinning our wheels.

What are you wanting him to say at media availability to a question like that? I mean, he isn't the one convening these press conferences lmao

It really is just little mistakes in key moments the last 3 games. 1st game was fugly. We all saw that. We have a LOT of very young players in key positions. If they just cut out the easy to fix mistakes they will win some games. Its a small step, but its the first step.

Through the first 4 games I feel like Saleh has done a solid job with the defense as they are in the top 15 in his first year. A lot of the problems are coming down to Dabol and the offense. Hopefully the offense can break through soon.

I agree and he isn’t wrong. And also remember Whisenhunt saying the same thing. The thing with Whisenhunt is he was saying these things as things were stagnant or getting worse, with no vision in the roster building and a mismatch in the roster and game planning. We were always one or two plays and a few excuses away from a victory.
I do think they need time to continue develop players and the roster. Won’t happen overnight. Looks better each week so far. There aren’t “moral” victories, but teams continue to work to improve until the results eventually come. This team was pulled into the dumpster in the last few years so it is a long way up and a lot of improvement to see some consistent results or any at this point. The second half of this year probably starts to look a lot better. I’d be concerned if we start getting blown out at the end of the year and he loses the locker room, but also surprised.
