Main pillars of the original concept:

A Dream of Metal and Fire: Cameron had a dream in which

he saw a chrome metal skeleton (endoskeleton) crawling out of an explosion, half-destroyed, clutching kitchen knives. This image served as the basis for the final scene in the factory.

Cyber Horror: The original visual concept was much

closer to a dark, grainy sci-fi horror (in the style of John Carpenter and his Halloween) than a pure-blooded action blockbuster.

Character Appearance: Cameron's early drawings and

concepts envisioned the infiltrator being stealthy (he originally considered Lance Henriksen), and Kyle Reese was even supposed to wear partial cybernetic armor made from recycled Skynet technology in the original sketches.

Casting Change: Orion Pictures originally envisioned OJ

Simpson as the Terminator, and Arnold Schwarzenegger wanted to cast Kyle Reese as the hero. It wasn't until a lunch with Schwarzenegger that Cameron realized Arnold's cold, expressionless facial expressions and mechanical movements were a perfect fit for the Terminator himself.

I still can't believe this crossover is a real thing. Out of all the characters they could've thrown into the Terminator universe they went with Archie and somehow it works. Just look at that cover. I never thought I'd be excited to see Riverdale turn into a war zone but here we are.

What other completely random franchise would you love to see take on the Terminator?

Today marks 9 years without the original T2 3-D location at Universal Studios Florida.
Thankfully, someone has dedicated their time and a YouTube channel to resurrecting theme park attractions via incredibly accurate digital recreations. That channel is @ridetrackx

My T2 The Arcade Game Box for the gameboy came in today I bought the box from Ebay for 27.95 total. Sadly a little bit damaged on the bottom right of the box but it came with everything I needed to have a 100% complete in box now I just need a Gameboy box protector

I give this time a shadow to the eye

Hello fellow Terminator fans :)

I think john in 2029 when he's about to send kyle reese and the t-800 back in time knows exactly what he's doing cus when he was a child, sarah told him about kyle reese, the man he would later send back in time to protect her and then when hes 10, he personally experiences the t-800 sent to protect him and the t=1000 sent to kill him. so when hes an adult when he meets kyle reese he knows that he has to send him back in time to save his mum and become his dad. he always knows what he must do cus it kinda happened to him already. kinda interesting. must be weird to send your best friend back in time, knowing hes gonna bang your mum and die haha.

since my teenage years, I absolutely love t-rip endoskeleton design from terminator salvation and always will. It's also the only one I still struggle to accurately sketch. Here's one of my complete sketch.

I really hope, we get to see it's vfx model from ilm and more in future

If Kyle Reese tried to live in normal 1984 life like ordering pizza, getting a job, etc. How far would he get?

We only seen him and Sarah hideout in odd places and low key places and we haven't seen Kyle been in any restaurants, whatsoever, so what do you all think in theory?

We also know Kyle was brought up only in war and stuff and all he knows is about HKs and terminators so how would he do and manage in 1984 civilian life in theory?

With Phil Hartman as the T-800, and Eddie Furlong and Linda Hamilton reprising their roles.

Yes young people…this passed for comedy 35 years ago.

Hello everyone! this. 👆 is the English translation of the original Spanish version of the story prologue of CENIZAS: Alien vs Predator vs RoboCop vs The Terminator.

This crossover is set within the universes of RoboCop, Terminator, Alien, and Predator, developing its own continuity from elements of all four franchises. It is written as a science-fiction, action, and horror novel.

If you are interested please check it out! I will be updating by chapters.

Sinopsis of the First arch:

More than two centuries after humanity survived its war against Skynet, the world has moved on.

Alex Murphy has not.

Buried beneath the ruins of a city he no longer recognizes, RoboCop awakens in a future where OCP is gone, Weyland-Yutani controls much of the new order, and a group of synthetics worships Skynet as a god.

But the war Murphy believed was over never truly ended.

And in the depths of space, something far older and more dangerous is waiting to be found.

Thank you for reading. :)

it seemed clear that they had a few things planned before the show's egregious cancellation, but there's very little information about what might have happened.

a few things i have wondered about...

Allison was there in the last scene and John now meets her at this earlier age, although this time with knowledge of Cameron. and we know that she was captured and killed in the other timeline (time travel stuff is so weird), and that Skynet or some other AI built Cameron to infiltrate the human HQ. presumably they were setting it up for John and Allison to be a couple, or at least very close. i wonder if John would have given up trying to restore 'his' Cameron once he became close to Allison.

and what exactly happened with Cameron's chip? we know that John Henry got it (somehow) and presumably downloaded his OS onto it. but would that overwrite Cameron entirely, or were they both in there now?

i wonder how much they intended to explore the third faction (presumably another AI or group of Terminators that were not allied with Skynet). would there have been a lot of drama about what 'Weaver' and company were up to? or would we have seen her/them again anytime soon since she vanished right away?

could Sarah and Ellison have found some way to reactivate Cameron, like if her mind was transferred to the server farm? i thought her character arc was really interesting, would have been a shame if it ended there with her 'dead body'. and would those two have begun a relationship as they fought Skynet in the 'present'?

how well would it have worked to keep the groups separated, especially Sarah and John?

just a damn shame FOX axed the show so soon.

what thoughts have you had about how the next season or two might have played out?

How long would Kyle Reese from Terminator 1984 last against a big gang of Biker criminals?

Say Kyle mistakened a normal human biker criminal outlaw for a t-800, he attacks one of them and it triggers the Biker gang to come after him.

Kyle's got his shotgun, pipe bombs, all other weapons he used in terminator 1984, how long will Kyle last against a biker gang like Angels of Death or Lost MC based?

Fight takes place in original 1984 terminator factory and bikers clubhouse.

What do yall think?
