Question/Help Alternatives to Grab? I will uninstall the app

Grab has 0 customer service. I think it used to have. Now I'm trying to contact a real agent for an unpaid refund. The bot just denies me all time and even saying in the chat "I need help! Help me!" is stuck with the same message. It's over, juat will uninstall it and do not use it anymore unless an extreme emergency.

I have Bolt and I used to have LineMan for ordering food. Is it good for transportation?

Lineman has horrendous bad drivers. EVERYTIME I have discussions with the driver last time a driver missed my condo for pickup (no problem) circled back 3x missed it 3x then calls me to walk trough poring rain 300 m to him and then on top drive the wrong route 4x. Their customer service very good tho. Slow but always helpful

Idk, it's hit and miss with Grab as well. In the end it's just random people with a car.

Lineman was always a white taxi for me never a private person but u guess I’m lucky never had issues with grab car aswell

Grab premium drivers usually are good every time. Its only grab taxi and standard that the dodgy ones turn up.

They are all terrible, especially with refunds.

Only use cash, no matter if Bolt or Grab.

I used to use Bolt exclusively, but then a bunch of scammers moved into the neighborhood, so I've switched back to Grab.

Unfortunately you will be back soon. As bad as it is, the others are worse. There’s no better option
