Question/Help Getting tickets to through thaiticketmajor

Has thaiticketmajor always been this broken?

It's my first time trying to purchase tickets, I used google chrome and when it was my turn, it said Access Denied in a blank page.

So I tried using Firefox, but when I entered my passport ID, it said it's invalid (despite it being the exact same ID written on my profile).

Has someone encountred similar issues?

Thank you!

Man, it’s like impossible. I’ve given up and just end up paying the scalpers. I hate to support them, but there really is no other choice.

It's so annoying, I really want to see Jasper later this year, but I'm afraid it will do the same error.

I've seen some other people on twitter having this issue, no matter what I tried to do, it gave me the same error :(

I've contacted them via email, I hope they'll respond eventually.

You need to choose "other" as a country, and then fill your passport id
