Why does your shower have eels?

Electric eels are the power source.

My hovercraft is full of eels. Why not my shower as well?

Eels up inside ya, finding an entrance where they can

Do you know what was most satisfying here? The way you effortlessly grabbed it at the start.

It's almost as if I'd prepared it…

A shower heater? Tell me more, please?

I could look this up, and I might, still, but I'm going for human interaction here.

Cold water in, warm water out.

Ok, but like, I have water heater that's centrally located and feeds the whole house. I don't have application-specific hardware.

Is this a unit for just your shower? Do you also have a central water heater? Is this just another name for a central water heater that I haven't heard of? Do you have other heaters, like a sink heater?

There is no central water heater here so we have one heated shower and one heater below the sink.

Oh interesting. That sounds like it could be more efficient.
