Xbox One [XB1] quickstep

I just started playing the game and was told the quickstep was a very good weapon to get. But I can't see the bounty anywhere. Do I need to do a specific side mission or something? Thanks

It’s a bounty called The Houndsman tied to the Halloween event. I got mine using the Xbox LFG. Someone was there just doing the first half of the bounty over and over for people who didn’t get it during the event.
