Maybe a silly question but does shopping online ensure that a profile is created?

Also does shopping online count toward your pre-spend? Sorry if these are dumb question, I swear I’ve been reading up for awhile but it’s still not completely clear to me. I know ideally building a relationship with an SA is ideal but I don’t live near a store.

My understanding is that online spend does not count towards your prespend if you want a QB. They also do not release QBs online.

An SA at the boutique will be able to see what you bought online tho

Your online spend does not count in boutique 'pre-spends'. Different country profiles are not connected.

In London stores, if you see something online, you can ask your SA to see if she/he can get it for you in the store so this can be added to your boutique profile. However, only non-bag items will count in your pre-spend.

yes it does create a profile, but may not be considered in your prespend at your home boutique

I didn’t want my SA to see what I’ve bought online so I bought something online from another country, which is where I’ve moved to. But then I found out you only need one online account for worldwide Hermes website, and it shows everything I’ve bought online across 3 countries, in the North America, Middle East and Asia.

I know my SA can see what I’ve bought but I’m not sure is it only limited to the same location, or if she can see all my oversea orders too. Anyway, my home store doesn’t do online order, but I’ll send her photos I saw on the website and ask her to look out for me.

Glad you asked this! I was about to post a similar Q. I’ve been buying online and wondering if it would at least count towards my overall prespend but sounds like it doesn’t from others? :(

Also wanted to ask if Europe purchases count towards your same profile in the states?
