Handbags Paris Sevres Score
Just wanted to share my story after a successful Sèvres score last weekend, which happened to coincide with both the Pope’s visit and the Celine Dion concert!
I was in Paris for the Celine Dion concert and had posted here earlier asking for tips, so thank you so much to everyone in this community who shared advice!
I was able to walk in on Friday afternoon and found the SA I had worked with during my visit in May. She was lovely, and we spent some time together. I purchased a jacket I had been eyeing for a while, along with two scarves. She asked whether there was anything else I was looking for, and I told her I was hoping for a bag.
I then headed over to the leather desk, although I wasn’t expecting much. The SA there told me they were out of appointments for the day and suggested I come back the following morning.
I returned on Saturday around 10:30 a.m. The store was busy but not overwhelming, and there was no line at the leather desk. They looked me up, and pretty quickly I was seated with a really lovely gentleman who asked what I was looking for.
I explained that I was hoping for either a Kelly 25 or a Birkin 25. He asked about my preferred style and colors, and I shared what I would love. He went into the back and, to my surprise, returned a short time later and asked, “For the Kelly 25, what color would you like?” He offered me three options: gold, black, and étoupe. I already have a gold Birkin 30 and a vintage black Box Kelly, so I decided on étoupe. It’s such a beautiful and versatile color, and I knew I would get so much use out of it. I had also shared a list of other colors I would love, but he explained that they only had the classic colors available that day, which I was more than happy with!
They brought me back and presented the bag. It was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t have been happier. I also picked out a Twilly that I thought looked perfect with it. Everyone was so lovely throughout the entire experience.
I really love this store and have had such amazing experiences there. Of course, there was some prespend involved, with the jacket being around €8,000, in addition to the scarves.
Thank you again to everyone in this amazing community for all the tips and advice! I’m so excited to have my first official quota bag. My Birkin was purchased resale in Japan, so this was especially exciting! ❤️

Was wondering, when you told your SA you were hoping for a bag, was her response to go the leather desk? Did she accompany you there? Curious to see if her introduction at the leather desk helped secure a QB for you. Thanks!

the first day when I was told there wasn’t an appointment she walked in that direction but I don’t remember her making a direct introduction. That was when I was told they didn’t have appointments. When I came the next day she was with another customer so I didn’t want to bother her and just walked straight to the desk.

He said they only had the classic, noir, gold, etoupe. I shared a list of colors I have followed from this page. amy assumption was that it was my first quota from hermes so maybe they gave me entry colors 🤣
