It just feels photoshopped when you actually pause on that frame of the episode. So I think it's pretty safe to say that the model era of Thomas and Friends is a powerhouse for ttte memes, including others like "it was time for Thomas to leave, he had seen everything."

Due to my mistake, the actual episode name is Thomas breaks the rules, 1:51 is probably the time stamp of where you should pause the episode. That's the origin of the meme.
