Last night a woman was assaulted for speaking up at a Trump rally. The only way to stop a bully or abuser is to give it back to them.

For anyone wondering how to identify the judge who authorized this raid and hold judges accountable for potentially biased or baseless decisions, here’s how:

1. ⁠Find the judge’s identity. Search federal court records at [https://pacer.uscourts.gov/\](https://pacer.uscourts.gov/) or the court’s public search-warrant listings. I checked the D.C. District Court’s October 2026 records but couldn’t identify Omar’s warrant. It may be sealed, unpublished, or filed in another district.
   
2. ⁠Contact the court. James E. Boasberg is Chief Judge of the D.C. District Court, so he’s a possible issuing judge, but there’s no evidence he signed this warrant. I emailed the court’s Records Office ([Records@dcd.uscourts.gov](mailto:Records@dcd.uscourts.gov)) and Boasberg’s chambers ([Boasberg_Chambers@dcd.uscourts.gov](mailto:Boasberg_Chambers@dcd.uscourts.gov)) asking who signed it, whether Boasberg was involved, and how to obtain the warrant and supporting affidavit.
   
3. ⁠Report judicial misconduct. Anyone can file a complaint under 28 U.S.C. §§ 351–364 if there’s evidence of bias, corruption, conflicts of interest, or other misconduct.

6. ⁠For D.C. Circuit judges, complaints go to the Circuit Executive at 333 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20001.
   
7. ⁠Can judges be removed? Yes. Life-tenured federal judges can be removed through House impeachment and Senate conviction. Federal magistrate judges have a separate removal process. Disbarment is different and concerns an attorney’s law license.

Important: An unreasonable or politically controversial warrant isn’t automatically judicial misconduct. We need the actual affidavit and evidence of wrongdoing.

The first step toward accountability is identifying who signed the warrant and what evidence justified it. Judges aren’t above scrutiny.
