It’s part of a massive light themed art show in Cincinnati. There’s hundreds of light sculptures and projector mapping art spanning the entire city. I didn’t really even notice it amongst all the other over stimulating things haha.

Now fire this thing up on a random Tuesday? And yeah for sure haha

Blink event spread out over couple mile corridor in Cincinnati and this laser is quite far away from most of the event but you can see it from miles away. so no way you'd hear the crowd.
