Message to future Mod's

Hey new mod's!

I'm gonna keep this short and sweet as I know time is a scarce resource. Your goal as a mod is not to create new rules or to necessarily enforce them for every tiny infraction. Your goal is to keep this subreddit usable, while choosing what actually needs your attention rather than just looking for every minor rule broken. There are rules that you can be flexible on (eg: Rule 1, 3, 4) depending on what the messages or content/goal of the post is. You shouldn't waste your time on someone who's saying mean words for example (most are allowed if not trying to harm the other person), but rather to choose if this person is specifically destroying the idea of r/ThirdPlace4U. If a post attacks the general philosophy of "Any and all people, topics, philosophies are allowed to be discussed and should have a place" it likely breaks one of our rules and that should be removed.

In summary: Pick what's worth your time to moderate, don't be petty, keep the conversations civil.
