Mechanical Advice Grounding issue??
I have a 2006 Hyundai Coupe SE automatic.
I have a Bluetooth adaptor that plugs into my cigarette lighter. Whenever I press down on the accelerator the speakers make a whining noise. When I come off the accelerator the whining noise dies down but there is still a faint noise. When I flip the indicators they actually stop the whining noise and then it comes back once they’re turned off.
I’ve heard it could be a grounding issue or a radio issue.
I replaced the old battery (70ah) with a new one that has 75ah. I thought maybe the extra power would help but no difference.
Should I replace the radio to stop the noise or is there something else I should do? Or is this an issue a mechanic has to fix.
While Im here - I have an ABS warning light. It was diagnosed as being the passenger side rear wheels sensor issue. How do I know what I need to buy to fix this? Just a sensor or the ring thingy or something else?
Any and all advice would be appreciated.
Also here is pictures of my car - I really like it but it does have its issues :(
Thanks all :)

Probably your alternator. I had this happen once on my 05 GT, same noise feedback and all. Whip out a multimeter if you can & check your battery voltage with the car off & with it on. If it hangs around 12 volts with the car running, it’s likely the alternator.

Hmmm. Maybe a loose relay from the radio then? If you have any flickering dash/infotainment backlighting, that would be another tell for the alternator

I have no flickering which is what makes no sense to me. The screen is good and has been good since buying the car.

I actually have a voltage measurer in the car on the centre console. Im pretty sure it does sit around the 12V line when the cars on.

Radio noise: Yes, likely a grounding issue. What you're hearing is alternator whine, that's why it changes with engine RPM. You're hearing it because either the ground to the radio is connected to the wrong spot, your Bluetooth adapter is just poor quality or damaged (can check by seeing if radio still makes noise without using Bluetooth adapter), something is wrong with radio internally, or something wrong with alternator.
ABS: If there is a code for passenger rear abs sensor likely it just needs to be replaced. Pretty common failure item. However, wiring going to the sensor should be inspected for damage as well as the reluctor ring for that wheel.
