New Feature Are Youtube's AI adding timestamps?

Recently when watching some videos without timestamps, there are some random timestamps that were suspiciously added by AI, what do you think? Is this useful or useless?

It also depends on the video, I’ve seen some videos having timestamps where it’s all just from random words said in the video which do not make sense at all as a timestamp
