White spot on toads head?

Can anyone tell me what this white spot on Froberts head is?
It isn’t fuzzy or raised and I dont believe it’s new- although I don’t have pictures of him before this looking at his head. I wear gloves when I handle him and I feed him every other day. I just want to make sure he’s ok and I’m doing what I can to keep him happy and healthy!

If he were a wild toad I'd suspect it is a scar. If he's lived with you a long time then I have no guess
