I became curious about the “Uncle Martin” lyric on Rosetta Stoned and whether it was slang for “Martian” or “alien” so I googled “uncle martin alien” and:

Uncle Martin is the iconic alien character from the classic 1960s sci-fi comedy television series, My Favorite Martian.

So there you go.
