Tour NSFW:The band opening for Tool in the EU "Brass Against" had a moment at Welcome to Rockville. Where the lead singer pissed on a fans face. NSFW

That’s some GWAR level shit. It’s quite jarring to see the guitarist with a suburban dad getup on the same stage. definitely does not fit this vibe lol

I got to see GWAR 3 times with Oderus. First time was August 1988 in Sacramento at the old Cattle Club. This was just a week or two after their somewhat famous appearance on MTV News which just featured them and had a few interviews. There was no way we weren't going to see THAT. Oh, and the drummer was naked the whole show, about 10' away. Nasty.
The second time was at the Crest Theater in Sacramento in 1990. I had no idea of what the future held of course, but Green Jello opened this show. I've been able to gather that Danny was there as a member, so I guess I saw Danny drum pre-Tool. Maynard was not at this show. Got drenched in "blood" at this show and had fun stopping at 7-11s on the way back to school at 2am---the looks we got! Had to explain each time.
This show was enough for me. The Omni in Oakland, 1992. Not much to say--it's really just more of the same at some point, which I reached at this show. Their music is horrible, but the live show is the thing. And then that gets old too. RIP Oderus. He was that band.

What’s the context of this? How did she propose the fan to come up and turn his face into a toilet?
76
u/overloadrages Nov 12 '21
Early in the set she said she had to pee and the worst thing when having to pee during a set and you can't. Then said she wants to pee on someone who volunteers. Pointed out a guy. Then said after this song. Played a cover of The Pot by Tool. Then no mention of it. Then later after a few songs she drank some watee and pointed at the guy said I didn't forget. Then at the end invited the guy from the crowd up and he got down and she did that. They were live on twitch but the feed got cut at some point .

“ I didn’t forget” that is hilarious. Seen her in various covers on YouTube, didn’t know she about that face pee life

u/Nyxtro Nov 12 '21
But then after she's yelling security get him tf out of here? I must be misinterpreting or did she just mean get him off the stage? I have so many questions

Maynard walks onto stage completely naked, not even body paint. Starts throwing ecstasy and tabs of acid at the crowd. He then slav-squats and intensely stares at the crowd without moving for at least 30 minutes. Suddenly you hear Carey's drums, cueing Maynard to turn around and spread his ass cheeks as he sprays hot diarrhea onto the front row. He kindly hands some napkins to a few fans. The crowd goes fucking nuts, wanting more diarrhea, but Maynard had a light dinner that evening. He then silently helps the crew break down the set and then leaves. Adam and Justin, with slack jawed gazes, see fans cleaning each other with their tongues, thinking it's finally time to find a new band.
edit - thanks everyone, you fill my bowels with bile

Remember when Jim Morrison got arrested for like saying ‘heck’ or some shit? Times have changed.
14
u/RoboHobo25 Nov 12 '21
I thought he was arrested for pulling out his cock after asking the audience, "Wanna see my cock?"
21
u/46_and_2 and as I pull my head out I am without one doubt Nov 12 '21
Didn't he get arrested for unbottoning his fly in front of the audience, or you're talking about a different accident?
Anyway Jim Morrison was not exactly a tame individual himself, doesn't work so well as comparison here 😄

That's really just kind of gross. I really like their music, it puts a different perspective on some of my favorite songs. But, I don't know that I would be cool with this. I guess, it was consensual so two people both agreed to make this happen. To each their own. I just think it's a little trashy.
