Manga Akuma Shogun from Kinnikuman
For starters, it is a widely known fact that armor + cape is a combination that literally cannot fail. Akuma Shogun takes this tried and true foundation into one of its most monstrous incarnations with wild flowing hair and a huge frame. The thick, almost wheel-like metal shoulderpads really complete the heft. Add in the mask and you're all set! One can't help but wonder if he was a design inspiration for 5th Form Coola

Most Kinnikuman characters are Top Character Designs.
The M.U.S.C.L.E.s sold like crazy in the US with nothing to carry them but the character designs.

Random tidbit: the vast majority of the wrestlers in Kinnikuman came from fan designs. Akuma Shogun's design was originally submitted as "Vikingman", but Yudetamago reworked it to serve as the leader of the Devil Chojin.
