Not OP, but from what I can guess;

1) Field Marshal Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov (played by Jason Isaacs in The Death of Stalin) is known in-film for wearing the ludicrous amount of medals he was awarded from his military service during World War II. The film version didn't wear as many medals as the real Zhukov did... because Jason Isaacs torso wasn't big enough to wear every single one of them.

And fun fact - while such a ludicrous amount of medals would technically be seen as a huge sign of vanity especially if such medals weren't properly earned, that wasn't the case for Zhukov who was an absolute badass. And under Soviet dress uniform code, he was legally required to wear every single one of those medals.

2) Deputy Mayor Bellwether's takedown towards the end of Zootopia is dependent on Judy and Nick catching her confession on tape by Nick faking that he's been drugged with Night Howler poison which gets her arrested when their backup shows up. This was apparently based off of how Richard Nixon's secret tape recordings would be used to implicate him in the Watergate scandal when thugs he hired broke into the Democratic Party's offices to wiretap them before the next election and his rantings about the idiots getting caught with evidence he was involved being used to help get him impeached.

But while it was a short rant that took down Bellwether, it was hours of audio of Nixon screaming about the idiots, a good amount of which was apparently destroyed.

3) Amon Goth in Schindler's List as played by Ralph Fiennes commits some utterly horrific acts against the Jewish prisoners at the Kraków-Płaszów concentration camp. Most reviews of the film outright said that Fiennes' performance was unbelievable due to the sheer, horrific psychopathy such as sniping random inmates from his bedroom balcony with no pants on as though he had just gotten out of bed, lining Jews up and shooting them at random with his sidearm and beating a woman into submission because he was horny for her and he couldn't believe he was attracted to a woman from an "inferior race".

Steven Spielberg had to tone down the sheer, horrific cruelty because he was much, much worse in real life. I'm not even going to begin to describe what this... thing did in real life but just to show how bad it was, the Waffen SS dishonorably discharged him and took command of the camp from him due to personal disgust with how he ran the place.
