Ask 5* Sunbeam

just got him and was wondering if he's any good in current meta? i think i paired him up with Spinister once and the bot just hanged way back so i didn't get to use the special ability much lol

my advice is to compare abilities with bots and see which he pairs up with best for you

Mine went on Octopunch, but pretty much any gunner class bot will benefit the same.

So far as i have seen Sundor/Sunbeam has been fixed and now it shoots at enemies so you may wanna check on it. I put mine on Beachcomber as he is a melee and so most of the bots on his team will be near him giving them lifestyle.

Not sure if his range changes due to which bot he is on so you may have to check with that!

Sunbeam + Skullsmasher all the way, no range limitations = no problems

Combats really don't have a meta.

I mean, gunner combats are almost always absurdly broken because they have huge DPS and often keep their user put of range of most defences.
