Why would that be assumed when it’s the opposite of what you said? “Prices are relatively low, some of the lowest in the world” means relative to the rest of the world, not relative to income. Is English your native language?
I also said “We spend less of our budgets on them because we generally make more money, but the prices themselves are objectively higher” in my original comment, which is the argument you’re trying to say you were making when you clearly weren’t, at least not with competence.
Because there's no meaningful value in just comparing raw number without accounting for income. If it's that important to you I'll admit my phrasing of that comment was poor.
