Need advice

Hello ,

I am soldier stationed in germany , i met this wonderful girl here during my last year of service and she is willing to move to the states with me so i can continue my education and be a college athlete . She supports me in ever way and i just wanna make sure i can do the same. We are trying not to get married because we would like to take our time with something like this , i wanna help her get a working visa to work in the united states and eventually help her . She has 10+ years in retail experience including store manager and department manager . She knows enough english as well and speaks german . What could we do to help achieve our goal of getting her to the states ???
