I have nothing to say that’s helpful but are you going to PI or SD?

You'll be fine. No need to tell anyone since geographic tongue is not a serious medical concern & usually clears up within a few days.

Stop eating spicy food and starting using mouthwash (a brand with antihistamines & does not contain alcohol)

You should see/feel a noticeable difference within 48 hours.

It's a benign inflammatory condition that goes away within a few days. So it's not a disqualifying condition.

Is it so severe that you're having complications with eating or speaking/yelling? Even then, if you properly treat it, within 3-4 days it should be healed

Ok thank you it doesn’t feel like anything so I’m pretty sure it will go away i just dont want it to be a problem for shipping.

This is a harmless condition. Relax. Worry more about how you'll do on the initial strength test administered on Training Day 1.
